This is more of a technical question than technique. I have Adobe Illustrator CS2 and I used to have no problem with using Auto trace the options would appear on the toolbar as soon as a non vector file was selected. Anyway now it is gone, not on tool bar? The tracing options exist on the drop downs but do not perform the trace?
I tried a reinstall of Illustrator CS2 no help and I tried deleting the Aiprefs file. No help
Any suggestions?
